In the News: Fighting for a Fair Share for Mornington

With less than 70 days until the state election, the race for Mornington is heating up — and our grassroots movement for real, independent representation is gaining momentum.

This week, The Mornington News featured our campaign alongside the growing call across the peninsula for change after 40 years under major party control.

Listening to What Matters Most to You

Out on Main Street in Mornington, we’ve been having incredible conversations with locals every day. From small business owners struggling with rising overheads to families feeling the squeeze of the cost-of-living crisis, the message is loud and clear: party politics isn't delivering for our community.

Our roads, public transport, and schools have been neglected for decades while party machines treat our region as an afterthought. It’s time for a representative who puts the people of Mornington first—not party bosses or major donors.

After 40 years of the same party holding this seat, our roads and schools are neglected, our small businesses are drowning, and our families are struggling to make ends meet. I'm looking forward to being the change this community so desperately needs.

Our priorities are clear: fighting for our fair share and giving Mornington's needs a seat at the table. I've heard the same from the many people who've stopped by my campaign office on Main Street this past week, where we're capturing what matters most to Mornington.

Our Priorities for Mornington:

  • Our Fair Share: Demanding investment in local infrastructure, healthcare, public transport, and housing.

  • Integrity and Transparency: Bringing honest, accountable, and independent decision-making back to parliament.

  • Real Relief: Tackling local cost-of-living challenges and supporting small businesses to thrive.

Get Involved

Change doesn't happen automatically—it takes a community coming together. Whether it's having a chat on Main Street, putting up a yard sign, or volunteering with our team, every voice matters.

Let's bring a strong, independent voice to Spring Street.
